Requires a Bachelor’s in finance, business, accounting or a related field and 2+ years credit/financial analysis, lending, underwriting or other directly related experience is highly preferred. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.
Local candidates strongly preferred. This position sits at our Biltmore Corporate Center. Remote option is temporary.
- Extensive experience working with various types of commercial loans.
- Extensive knowledge of credit risk, legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work with lending officers and staff.
- Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations regarding loans.
- Working knowledge of computer software programs including spreadsheets, word processing, etc. required
