 We’re seeking a Governance Analyst to join our enterprise marketing team, compelling efforts in Marketing Governance to ensure regulatory excellence and strategic alignment.

  • Responsible to analyze, assess, recommend, track, document and report on Marketing and Marketing Technology practices, risks and controls.
  • Analyze, monitor, evaluate and maintain systems and procedures to assess risk.
  • Educate and communicate risk requirements and procedures to system and process owners and stakeholders.
  • Write and edit reports, memos, and other documents to communicate information regarding risks and controls to executives, project managers, system owners, business unit managers and others.
  • Provide status updates and suggest process improvements.
  • May assist with related departmental compliance and risk activities and audits.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, information systems, data, marketing, business administration, or a related field or a related field and 2+ yrs in directly related experience required. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

  • Working knowledge of risk analysis, industry risk standards, data risk practices and procedures, and Marketing Compliance risk.
  • Working knowledge in implementing practices and controls relating to data, technology, operations, and risk protocols.
  • Solid analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
  • Ability to discuss technical issues with both technical and non-technical internal and external resources.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships throughout the business and be seen as a business partner; comfortable working with all levels within an organization.
  • Ability to work independently; self-starter.
  • Working knowledge of various bank/government regulations and requirements.
  • Ability to learn basic functions of department specific systems, processes and procedures. 
  • Strong working knowledge of computer applications and software.
  • Automation skills preferred.

Salary Range: This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 - $90,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.

This is an in-office position that will be based at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid or remote role.
