Looking for a creative expert to manage the full multimedia needs of the organization, including idea generation, planning, production and budgeting. Must have phenomenal video and photography skills, technical expertise and unique ideas to deliver compelling visual stories and best-in-class content.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce video, audio and photography assets for a wide variety of platforms and media (short- and long-form) for digital and commercial broadcast, including television and radio commercials, social media content, podcasts, photography for print and digital campaigns, photography of company headshots and events.
  • Perform the entire production process from pre-production to post-production:
    • Concept and strategy meetings with team members and internal stakeholders to outline the scope, project requirements, budget and success metrics.
    • Develop and interpret creative briefs.
    • Document ideas through storyboarding.
    • Manage voice/acting talent, location scouting, stock footage/music and all associated necessary legal documentation concerning rights and clearances.
    • Shoot video and/or photography, record audio.
    • Edit video/photo/audio according to feedback of team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Pitch original ideas that will help shape, articulate and lead the vision for multimedia storytelling and produce beautiful, compelling visual content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and brand requirements.
  • Assist with other administrative duties such as basic maintenance of company production equipment.
  • Ensure all company policies, standards and compliance protocols are upheld during shoots, whether on-location or in-studio.
  • Meet stringent compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Readily adapt to continually changing priorities, nuanced feedback and aggressive project timelines.
  • Respectfully work in direct coordination with marketing director, executive leadership and other internal or external resources to make sure all projects meet desired outcomes in a timely manner.
  • This position will require in-person training at out Biltmore/Phoenix location.  Once the training program is completed, a hybrid schedule may be available.

 

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years’ experience with line or multi-media production or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. 

  • Perform all duties in a safe, professional, courteous and efficient manner.
  • Be a leader in creative thought and intellectual curiosity; present ideas supporting all levels of photography, video and audio production for multiple mediums and advertising channels.
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of media production, including lighting, sound and writing.
  • Equipment software and hardware, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Cloud: Premier, Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Audition.
  • An understanding of practical applications of journalistic and branding principles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and content marketing best practices.
  • Must be detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Superior level of professionalism is necessary as this is a “front-line” position representing NB|AZ and interaction with Executive Leadership.
  • Great communication, documentation and presentation skills.
  • Receptive to feedback and direction.
  • Calm under pressure; high integrity.
  • Experience in a deadline-driven creative or editorial environment.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
  • Creative agency experienced preferred but not required.
  • Experience in animation a plus.
  • Proficiency in Spanish a plus.
