NBAZ is looking for an experienced Retail Loan Coordinator to join Arizona’s #1 Community Bank in either our Glendale location.  

 

Essential Functions:

  • Delivering professional, timely communication to both internal and external customers via phone and email to ensure needs are met.
  • Thriving in a fast paced environment while staying organized and effectively prioritizing tasks.
  • Adapting to change and meeting tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or quality.
  • Proactively managing a high-volume queue of loan applications, serving as the primary point of contact for all involved parties, providing regular status updates, and escalating issues to the appropriate department supervisors when necessary.
  • Assisting in gathering all required documentation to support complete and timely processing of loan applications from start to finish.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in consumer loan originations—especially in roles involving regular client interaction—or other directly related experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of consumer lending, bank products, regulatory requirements, and standard loan procedures.
  • Ability to assist with managing loan files and supporting new customer relationships.
  • Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with common office software and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet established deadlines.

Schedule (In Office) -  Monday–Friday:  8:00 A.M.–5:00 P.M.
