Are you ready to spearhead transformational initiatives in the fast-paced world of banking? We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Supplier Resilience Business Analyst to drive and deliver strategic program management that will ensure the resilience of the supplier network for Zions Bancorporation.
The Supplier Resilience Team within Enterprise Business Resilience works to ensure the reliability and continuity of our operations by overseeing joint testing, conducting thorough supplier assessments, establishing robust resilience provisions in supplier contracts, and implementing strategies to fortify our supplier network and ensure the ability of Zions Bancorporation to effectively anticipate, respond, recover and adapt to business disruptions that impact its supplier network. This remit includes a range of functional responsibilities from program delivery and quality assurance to internal/external oversight engagement and program reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential and existing suppliers to evaluate their resilience, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and corporate requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with internal Supplier Relationship Owners, creating a culture of collaboration and transparency to mitigate supplier resilience risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint testing initiatives, simulating various scenarios to assess the resilience and responsiveness of our suppliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide resilience language for use in contractual negotiations related to suppliers’ business resilience programs.
- Proactive management for the program through the identification of potential roadblocks and opportunities, and the implementation corresponding action plans.
- Monitor and manage supplier resilience risk to the enterprise with the help of analytics, metrics, and reporting for the program.
- Deliver exceptional supplier resilience program reporting that provides detailed visibility into supplier resilience risk and program performance.
- Monitor and report to leadership and key stakeholders on project/program progress, tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes, integrating these insights into supplier resilience strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, supply chain management, or related field.
- 6+ Years experience in supplier management, risk management, or business resilience within the banking or financial industry, or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
- Proven history of taking ownership and accountability for deliverables and deadlines, demonstrating initiative and a purposeful approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing initiatives appropriately to meet challenging deadlines.
- Advanced analysis and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees.
- Strong work ethic with the initiative and capacity to identify and solve complex problems.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a wide range of tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
Salary Range
- This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $75,000 to $115,00 depending on experience and location.
