The National Bank of Arizona Banker Development Program is part of a broader corporation-wide strategy to educate, develop and grow well-rounded banking professionals with strong analytical and relationship management skills. The program targets recent college graduates who are looking to enter the banking industry and will provide challenging training and career guidance that will prepare the participants for various aspects of working at National Bank of Arizona.
What does the Banker Development Program offer?
Program Structure
The program consists of two phases that focus on education, experience and exposure.
Training Phase (3-4 months): The Training Phase focuses on learning with a classroom-based approach. Participants complete the Credit Foundations Program, as well as receive professional development and bank-specific administrative training.

Rotational Phase (12-18 months): The primary objective of the rotational phase is on-the-job training. Participants go through a structured rotation system that offers in-depth exposure to various divisions within the Bank.
